Seafood – Sweet and Sour Fish

Ingredients of Sweet and Sour Fish:

  • 4 (4 ounces each) fish, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • oil
  • ½ small yellow bell pepper, cut into cubes
  • ½ small red bell pepper, cut into cubes
  • 1 small onion, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • use ½ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
